Retailer Management

FMCG retailer and outlet management. One record for every shop.

Every shop is added once, classified, placed on a route and visited. Its visits and orders build one history that your bookers, distributors and managers all read.

The problem

Same shop. Three different lists.

The booker keeps the shop list on a phone. The distributor has a register. The office has a spreadsheet. Each spells the same shop its own way, and none of them says how often it gets visited.

  • A new booker starts the route from memory and phone calls.
  • Nobody is sure which shops are covered, and which have gone quiet.
  • What a shop bought last month sits in someone else’s notebook.

How it works

Added once. Known by everyone after that.

Follow Madina General Store on Route 7, from the day it joins the list.

  1. Step 1: Add the shop once

Shop name, owner, owner CNIC, a photo and the saved location. A booker can request a new shop from the field, and it is sent for approval before it joins the route. It gets a shop code.

  2. Step 2: Classify it

Give the shop a type, such as Kiryana Store, Wholesale or General Store, and a class, so you can tell one kind of outlet from another when you plan and review.

  3. Step 3: Put it on a route

Place the shop in its region, area and territory, under a distributor, on a route, with a booker who owns it. Route 7 in Model Town B has 50 shops for Imran Ali of Hilltop Traders.

  4. Step 4: Visit it and take orders

Start Visit checks in with location and the distance from the shop. Book Order takes the order at the counter. A visit without an order is kept too, with the reason.

  5. Step 5: Let the history build

Every visit and order adds to the same record. The booker opens Sale History before walking in, the distributor sees what to deliver, and the manager sees how often the shop is covered.

In the distributor app

Know what every shop owes. Before you give more credit.

Each retailer’s invoices, how old they are and what has been recovered, kept up to date on one screen.

What is included

Everything about a shop. In one place.

Retailer master data

One profile per shop, with the details your team needs at the counter and in the office.

  • Shop name, owner or contact person and owner CNIC
  • Shop photo and saved location
  • Shop code on every record
  • Update Info from the app, and new shop requests sent for approval

Classification and segmentation

Each shop carries a type and a class, so a wholesale counter and a corner kiryana are never treated as the same outlet.

  • Shop types such as Kiryana Store, Wholesale and General Store
  • A class for each shop
  • The mix of shops on every route, at a glance

Retailer assessments by managers

Field managers can assess a shop on a visit form in Field Management. The assessment sits alongside the shop record, which stays the one master record for the shop.

Common questions

Questions buyers ask. Straight answers.

Can a booker add a new shop from the field?

Yes. The booker fills in the shop details in the app and the request is sent for approval. The shop joins the route only after it is approved, so the list grows through one checked path instead of every phone.

Who can update a shop’s details?

Bookers can open Update Info on the shop in the app to correct details such as the shop name, owner and photo. The shop keeps its code and its history.

What happens when a booker leaves or routes change?

Shops and visit priorities are assigned to bookers, and a route can be transferred to another booker with a record of the move. The new booker opens the same shops with their history already there.

How do we know which shops are actually covered?

Assigned, visited and buying shops are kept apart, week by week, by route and booker. Planned shops that were not visited show up, so a shop that keeps getting skipped is easy to find.

Know every shop you sell to. And how often you see it.
