Draft awaiting legal review
This is a draft. It describes what this website does today. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer yet, and it may change after that review.
Who we are
SELL 360 is made by Allomate Solutions, which runs this site.
When you ask for a demo
The demo form on the contact page asks for:
- your role, for example business owner or distributor
- which parts of SELL 360 you want to see
- your question, if you write one
- your full name, work email and company
- your phone number, if you give it
The site also records which page you sent the form from and when it arrived. Your request is saved in the site’s database. Only our staff with admin access can open it. They use it to follow up with you, and they can mark it as contacted or closed and add private notes.
Who receives your request
Each request is normally emailed to the people on our team whose addresses are listed in the site settings. The email shows the details you sent, and a reply goes straight to the email address you gave.
If we have turned on confirmations, you also get a short email saying we received your request. It lists your role and what you want to see.
Limits that stop misuse
To stop the form being flooded, the site counts how many requests come from each internet address and each email address in an hour. For this count it keeps only a scrambled code made from the address, not the address itself, and it clears old counts from time to time.
Cookies and tracking
The site’s own code sets no cookies for visitors. It uses cookies only for our own staff when they sign in to manage the site. If you accept on the cookie banner, Google’s tags may set their own cookies (see below).
We may use Google Tag Manager to measure visits and ads. It stays off until our team adds a container ID in the site settings. While it is off, the site loads no tracking code and shows no cookie banner.
When it is on, the site first tells Google’s tags that you have not agreed to analytics or ads. A banner then asks you to accept or decline. Only if you accept does the site tell Google’s tags that you agreed. Your choice is kept in your browser’s local storage, so the banner does not ask again. Clear the site’s data in your browser to choose again.
Which Google tags run, and what they collect, is set up inside Google Tag Manager rather than in the site’s code. This part will be confirmed in the legal review.
Questions about your details

What this draft does not cover yet
This draft does not yet say how long requests are kept. That, and anything else the legal review asks for, will be added before this page is final.
