Sales Orders

FMCG order booking and sales order management.

Your bookers take the order at the counter in a few taps. Schemes apply on their own, and the distributor receives it without typing it again.

The problem

Written at the shop. Typed again at night.

On paper, every order is written twice: once in the booker’s notebook, and again at the distributor’s office. Each copy is a chance for it to go wrong.

  • Chits retyped at the distributor every evening, line by line.
  • Schemes worked out from memory, so a shop misses its free goods or gets the wrong discount.
  • A lost page is a lost order, and a shopkeeper waiting for stock that never comes.
A booker’s handwritten order for Madina General Store, with the scheme left as a question, and the same order typed again at the distributor’s office that night with one quantity wrong and the free goods missed.

How it works

One order. From the counter to the distributor.

Follow order 267860 from Madina General Store on Route 7, Model Town B.

  1. Step 1: Retailer Selected

Imran opens Madina General Store from today’s route and taps Book Order. What the shop ordered last time is one tap away.

✓Madina General Store · Book Order

  2. Step 2: Products Added

He taps products in from the catalogue for his area, with the right prices already set. The total rises as he goes.

    ✓Prices set for the area

  3. Step 3: Schemes Applied

Eligible schemes and discounts apply on their own. Cream Wafer’s Buy 10 Get 1 Free adds the free packs, and the trade discount shows on the bill.

    ✓Buy 10 Get 1 Free applied

  4. Step 4: Order Booked

He goes through the bill with the shopkeeper and taps Order. Rs 11,600.90 is booked at the counter, with nothing to write down.

    ✓Order placed · Rs 11,600.90

  5. Step 5: Automatic Sync

The order syncs on its own. No signal in the bazaar? It waits on the phone and sends itself when the connection returns, and a unique order key stops it arriving twice.

    ✓Synced, even after no signal

  6. Step 6: Distributor Receives Order

It reaches Hilltop Traders under Imran’s name and today’s date, ready to assign to a salesman and load. Nobody types it again.

In the distributor app

From orders to loads. At the distributor’s desk.

New orders are assigned to a salesman, stock is checked, old credit is added to the bill, and the load goes out.

What is included

Everything an order needs. Nothing typed twice.

Tap-First Order Booking

Bookers build the order from the catalogue for their area in a few taps, with the right prices and order policies already set.

  • Shop order history, one tap away
  • Focus products and order policies
  • New shop requests sent for approval

Automatic Trade Schemes

Retailer schemes and discounts apply automatically to eligible secondary orders. The booker does not have to remember the deal, and the shop gets what it is owed.

  • Free products added to the order
  • Trade discount shown on the bill
  • The same deal at every shop it applies to

Offline Booking and Auto Sync

Book with no signal. The order is saved on the phone and syncs automatically when the connection returns.

  • Works in bazaars and basements
  • Unique order keys, so nothing is sent twice

Phone Orders

Not every order is booked at the counter. Orders that shops place by phone are recorded in SELL 360 and handled with the rest of the day’s orders, not kept on a separate list.

Order Processing and Fulfillment

Field orders reach the distributor without duplicate entry and are followed through to delivery on one record.

  • Orders grouped by booker and date, assigned to a salesman
  • Booking sheets, load sheets and bills
  • Stock validated before the load is created, with split loads when short
  • Delivery changes at the shop, with offers worked out again
  • Returns recorded as sellable, unsellable or damaged

Connected across SELL 360

One order. Every team that touches it.

The order a booker takes at the counter is the same record the distributor loads, delivers and bills.

One order, start to finish

  1. Booked at the shop
  2. Scheme from the price list
  3. Received by the distributor
  4. Stock validated
  5. Loaded and delivered
  6. Invoiced to the retailer

Common questions

Questions buyers ask. Straight answers.

Can orders be booked without internet?

Yes. The booker books as normal with no signal. The order is saved on the phone and syncs automatically when the connection returns, and a unique order key makes sure it is only sent once.

Are trade schemes applied automatically?

Yes. Retailer schemes and discounts set up in SELL 360 apply automatically to eligible secondary orders as the order is booked, including free products. The booker does not need to remember them.

Does the distributor need to re-enter field orders?

No. Orders booked in the field arrive at the distributor without duplicate entry, grouped by booker and date, ready to assign to a salesman and allocate against stock.

Can we record orders that shops place by phone?

Yes. Phone orders are part of Sales Orders, so an order a shop calls in is recorded in SELL 360 and processed with the day’s field orders.
